Meet Fawn! Our In-House,  Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist!

Fawn  has vast experience as a Certified Personal Trainer for 15+ years, having worked in independent gyms, mobile training  and also as a highly successful, top  Personal Trainer at  a major city GoodLife Fitness with 7000 Members!.

She offers focuses as Team Trainer, Small Group Training, Women on Weights, Weightloss and Fatloss and Recomposition. Training for Competition, Strength, Sports Conditioning, Frail Elders and Pre-Post Natal.  She also teaches Nutriton Classes. She has advanced certification in many modalities such as kettlebells, bodyweight training, BOSU, MMA conditioning and others

She is also a National CBBF Bodybuidling Competitor, and Champion, having made the circuit through to Provincials in British Columbia, to Nationals, all the way to representing Team Canada at the Arnold Classic! Fawn also coaches and teaches posing for Bikini Class. She was a sponsored athlete for Popeye's Supplements,  PCM Premium Meals and FIT Supplements.

Fawn understand injuries and motherhood, having personally  fought her way back from challenges,  hurdles and  complications. Functional training can also be very beneficial for injured individuals and those with specific needs.
